On the 26, 27 and 28th of April, come and discover NOIR Brussels, the brand new art and tattoo convention. The most exciting and unique celebration of body art will take place at the Art & History Museum, in the Cinquantenaire Park, one of Europe’s largest museums.
NOIR Brussels is the first convention combining visual arts and tattoo in Brussels.
Considered by many as the '10th art', tattoo has become a lifestyle and has an important place in our society: brands, fashion, music and advertising, etc. This is the worls in which NOIR Brussels will transport you.
The convention will introduce body art to the masses in a new perspective by associating contemporary art with tattoo art. Various blackwork tattoo artists will reproduce the work of contemporary artists on skin, creating a bridge between two distinct art forms.
Azo defines french elegances mixed up with some Brussels sauce. The craziest girl in the block, as she defines herself, is an expert at throwing tasteful and vibrant parties. The producer, keyboardist, DJ, and sound engineer always shares her unlimited “power of live”, that brings the partygoers into an incredible trip tough the nineties.
In the beginning, BüSüM was the land at the very north of Pangaea. The expansion of continents was shaping and reshaping the globe but BüSüm was standing still. Tortured by winds and tides, BüSüM disappeared and reappeared π number of times.
After the lost of their training center for galactic canidae, fearless stockbreeders chose BüSüM as their holiday location.
Their customs, between nostalgia for the land of Kazakhstan and in-vitro space exploration, brings sonorous dreams and various visions to a new dimension, without any genres or quinquennial plan constraints.
Three words are keeping them together inside the more or less thousand-year-old peninsula.
Phazz is a french producer whose work and musical precision enables him to get well-known worldwide. Between remixes and creative beats, the beatmaker seems to effortlessly finds his way through the different notes and connect all musical genres in a unified patchwork.
Don’t miss his dj set as it will make you dance through the weekend.
Fed by traditional “Gnawa” and Berber rhythms ever since he was born in the suburbs of Agadir, young DJ and producer Gan Gah is now an accomplished musician. He has first been performing as a beatmaker, offering a cunning combination of club music and traditional North African rhythms.
The experienced DJ knows now how to shake a dancefloor with his bewitching beats.
Jewels is only 22 years old but he is already playing amongst the big boys. Well-respected in the underground trap and hip-hop scene, he runs Karaat, a banging nightlife event series, focused mainly on live performances and art. In 2016, he opened for the legenderay Pukkelpop Boiler Room. Right now, he writes for Red Bull Elektropedia and hosts livestreamed sessions.
Jewels is thus no amateur and he will definitely set the mood for Noir Brussels.
Sexy behind the decks, funky in his selection, Junior Goodfellaz is a belgian artist whose soulful Hip-Hop drips right off him. Spinning regularly for his radioshow “What the Funk”, Romeo Elvis, Swing and l’Or du Commun, Junior masters his art from head to needles.
Not only you will leave Noir Brussels with tattoos, but you’ll also leave with Junior’s groove under your skin.
Lean Chihiro is a promising young talent of the french hip-hop scene. Driven by a will to leave her mark for herself and for all women in the music industry, Lean Chihiro’s style is somewhat ineffable. The young artist evolves in her own world when she’s the only one to set the rules.
Lean Chihiro is here to draw her own path in life, bringing her very own fresh and creative energy to the Cinquantenaire.

Mariah Kaaris is Convok is one of Belgium most respected MCs. From graffiti to rap, Convok has always been a proud representative of the hip-hop movement. He is well-known for his powerful lyrics and a voice like no other.
Come see this monument of Belgian culture perform at the Art & History Museum.
Marvy Da Pimp / Booty Call Records Co Founder
Booty Call Records co-founder, party agitator and recognized producer for his skill, the high-energy DJ Marvy is hard to miss, but also hard to follow.
The frenchest of PIMP has played alongside big names such as Major Lazer, Armand Van Helden, and plenty more. True hip-hop lover, he preaches the electronic dirty talk and is a lover of heavy bass and the ghetto tech scene ; a sure way to enjoy a endless night of non-stop dance.
Behind his turntables or in front of his sampler, groove rules everything around Meyso.
From 80’s boogie to Brasilian funk carioca, and deep house, his DJ sets are full of his personal influences. A sure way to set the Cinquantenaire on fire.
Based in Ghent, Nikomba is a talented DJ who finds her inspiration everywhere, from deephouse to hip-hop and trap. However, she always makes sure to mix in an African touch in her dj sets.
Surely you will move to her great eclectic choices.
NSDOS, aka Kirikoo Des, is a french techno artist, the lost son of the Dada and Lettrist movement. Through his sounds, NSDOS seeks out to create a new paradigm. Inspired by nature and wildlife, the artist tries to construct and deconstruct the environment he lives in. Life is for him a laboratory, his music an expiation.
Young Mocro is a Ghent-based DJ and part founder of the Supafly Collective, consisting of 7 hip hop minded female artists who curate and organize parties and events in Belgium.
She played in prestigious festivals like Couleur Cafe, Wecandance, Fire is Gold, Maanrock, Worldwide Festival and DJed for Princess Nokia, Joey Badass, Azizi Gibson, Lefto and many more.
Her style is eclectic and energetic, effortlessly mixing golden era boom bap classics with contemporary new school club bangers and eclectic future beats and even throwing in soulful house music ; a well-masted recipe that will sure keep the party going.
